Legal Notice

Lealta Vested benefit Foundation (hereafter referred to as “Lealta”, or “we” or “us”) is an occupational benefit institution subject to oversight by the relevant regulatory authorities. Lealta focuses on facilitating and handling all matters and affairs relating to 2nd pillar occupational benefits and, thanks to its open and modular architecture, offers a great number of innovative and customised 2nd pillar services and products. Lealta is a vested benefit institution with access to occupational benefits; thanks to the cooperation with Liberty Pension Ltd., it offers access to Compare Invest and, therefore, to practically all BVG/LPP-compliant investment products. Lealta does not provide legal or tax consulting or advisory services.

Compare Invest is a free service and online platform made available by Liberty Pension Ltd. The platform is a transparent decision-making tool designed to assist private and professional investors of pension assets (vested pension benefits, pension fund assets or pillar 3a tied retirement savings capital) to identify the appropriate investment solutions. The platform enables the user to compare the products of different providers easily and objectively.
